We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@z-cnc.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.
